When a major boxing rivalry takes centre stage, the build-up is just as important as the fight itself. Ahead of the highly anticipated Nikita Tszyu vs Michael Zerafa bout at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in 2026, Kayo Sports required a bold visual activation to capture attention and increase excitement in the lead-up to the event.
To support the promotion, we created a giant inflatable boxing glove to deliver immediate visual impact across both a private function and a public installation in Brisbane’s King George Square. The oversized glove transformed a universally recognised symbol of boxing into a large-scale promotional centrepiece, reflecting the intensity and anticipation surrounding the rivalry fight.
Precision-shaped to mirror the proportions of a real boxing glove, the inflatable featured vibrant Kayo branding and high-resolution graphics for maximum visibility. Engineered for outdoor environments, the structure combined stability with lightweight practicality, allowing for efficient installation across multiple locations.
Set against the urban backdrop, the giant boxing glove became a powerful visual anchor, drawing attention from passers-by and reinforcing the excitement around the upcoming Tszyu v Zerafa showdown. Bold, recognisable and highly shareable, the installation demonstrated how custom inflatable displays can amplify sporting promotions and build anticipation for major boxing events.
